About the Role

A healthcare professional will provide in-house coverage, including patient consultations, admissions, and rounding in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1-4 patients per shift and handle 1-4 phone consults within 24 hours
• Respond to in-house calls within 20 minutes and handle 1-2 admissions per shift
• Perform rounding and maintain hospital privileges

Schedule & Call Duties

• Work a 24-hour shift with a 1:3 call ratio
• 40% callback rate with in-house call duties requiring prompt response
