Locums Cardiologist Is Wanted in NC

Responsibilities

• 10‑20 inpatient patients per day
• Hospital Medicine admits (cardiology serves as consulting service)
• APPs take first call; MD callbacks are handled remotely (no in‑person required)
• Nuclear cardiology, TTE, TEE, and diagnostic cath procedures required
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Experience with nuclear cardiology, TTE, TEE, and diagnostic cath
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Ability to manage remote MD callbacks and APP first‑call responsibilities

Pay

Better pay negotiated and deposited weekly.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7 am–5 pm; weeknight and weekend call required. Call rotation: 1–3 remote rotation.
