Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill and post-operative patients in the ICU
• Perform bedside and invasive procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based care
• Deliver patient-centered critical care
• Participate in bedside decision-making and procedures
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical degree with appropriate board certification or eligibility in surgical critical care
• Strong clinical skills in ICU management and invasive procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to practice variety and travel
