Role Overview: This position involves providing critical care services in an ICU setting, including inpatient and ICU rounding, ventilation management (both invasive and non-invasive), and chest tube insertion. Responsibilities Respond promptly within 30 minutes for beeper call duties.Manage 25-30 patients during a 24-hour call period.Conduct phone consultations, averaging 6-10 per day.Offer vacation coverage for ICU patients.Treat both medical and surgical critical care populations.
