Locum Tenens Pulmonologist

Role Overview: This position involves providing inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care, including performing pulmonary function tests and ICU procedures. The provider will handle approximately 12 inpatients daily, with some clinic work, and participate in rounds, with one weekend of call and pager responsibilities during weekdays. Responsibilities: Conduct inpatient rounds, perform ICU procedures, carry out pulmonary function tests, and manage pulmonary clinics. The role requires basic pulmonary clinic and PFT skills, with the ability to perform ICU bread and butter procedures. The provider will work Monday to Friday, with mornings and evenings rounds, and handle call duties. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should possess basic pulmonary clinic and PFT skills and be capable of performing ICU procedures. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle inpatient and outpatient workflows are essential. We handle housing, travel, credentialing, licensing, and malpractice coverage to streamline onboarding.Access to an online portal for assignment details and time management.Dedicated recruiter ensures all logistical details are managed efficiently.
