Tentative start date: August 3, 2026
Estimated need: 12 weeks minimum
Number of physicians in practice: 5 (Primary Care)
Mid-levels providing coverage: 4
Will NOT be responsible for supervising other healthcare providers
Will NOT be expected to provide ED backup
Number of exam rooms: 2–3
EMR: EPIC
Practice population: Adult/Geriatric

Responsibilities

• Evaluation & Management of acute volume/BP issues
• Gynecology: Pelvic exam / Pap smear
• Occupational Medicine: Disability exams

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 3 years of finishing) — required 1 year of Primary Care experience required
• Active DEA required
• Active MI license required
• Must be available full-time, Monday–Thursday
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation date required
• BLS required
• Must be local to MI (drive-in provider) — required
