Locum Tenens Physician Assistant - Cardiovascular / Cardiothoracic Surgery

About the role

A skilled cardiovascular/cardiothoracic Physician Assistant is sought for a versatile position involving operating-room assistance, inpatient rounding, clinic duties, and ICU/step-down unit management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in radical and endoscopic vein harvesting
• Manage ECMO, IABP, and Impella devices
• Interpret EKGs, X-rays, and laboratory results

Requirements

• Flexibility for call rotations, including weekday and weekend shifts
• Typical patient load of 5–8 per shift

Qualifications

Preferred candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Pay
