Locum Tenens Pediatric Anesthesiologist

About the role

This role involves providing pediatric cardiac coverage, including full-scope procedures for patients from neonates to teens. Responsibilities encompass ECMO, open heart surgeries, HLHS surgeries, and transplants. You will be required to respond within 30 minutes during scheduled pager call coverage, primarily from Friday 7am to Monday 7am, with 1-2 weekends per month.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex pediatric cardiac cases, including ECMO, open heart surgeries, HLHS surgeries, and transplants.
• Respond to urgent cases within 30 minutes during scheduled pager call coverage.
• Manage assignments online with 24-hour consultant support.

• Expertise in pediatric cardiac procedures.
• Ability to manage urgent cases efficiently.
