Responsibilities
- Deliver wound care services to patients
- Manage an average caseload of 25 patients per shift
- Support coverage during provider medical leave
- Document care using the Epic EMR system
Requirements
- Valid Illinois PA license or Compact license
- Experience with Epic EMR system
Schedule
Full-time, split between two providers. Shifts are either Tuesday–Friday or Monday–Thursday, with no call duties.
