About the Role
Provide outpatient wound care services, splitting time between two providers on a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage wound care treatment for approximately 25 patients per shift
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation
- Work collaboratively within a healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Deliver outpatient wound care and coordinate with team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient interactions accurately
Requirements
- Valid Illinois license or Compact license
- Experience in wound care
- Ability to work full-time
Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge in wound management
- Excellent communication
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Schedule
2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
