About the Role
Provide primary care to a patient panel of Spanish-speaking, farm-working families in an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full patient panel, seeing approximately 20-27 patients per shift
- Perform office procedures including suturing, splinting, joint injections, IUD placements, and Pap smears
- Provide coverage at both primary and float clinic sites
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience
- Preferred experience in family practice or urgent care

Schedule
Full-time position with typically 8-hour shifts. Schedule includes one evening per week and one Saturday per month, with options for alternative scheduling.
