Locum Tenens PA - Cardiovascular / Cardiothoracic Surgery

Seeking an experienced cardiovascular surgeon for a hospital-based role with no call requirements. Responsibilities include performing 4-6 adult cardiovascular surgical cases daily, managing an inpatient census of 30-40 patients, and providing inpatient care during clinic hours from 8 am to 5 pm and hospital shifts from 5:30 am to 6:30 pm. Qualifications include 4-5+ years of cardiac surgery experience, proficiency in endoscopic vein harvesting, first assisting, and sternal closure. CVICU experience is preferred. Supervision is needed for the initial 3-4 months. Key skills include strong surgical expertise, ability to handle adult cardiovascular cases, and excellent clinical judgment.
