Locum Tenens Orthopedic Sports Medicine Physician

Role: Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in arthroscopy and total joint replacement (hip and knee), with skills in joint revision or repair preferred. Responsibilities: Provide outpatient and inpatient care, including admissions, with approximately 25-30 patients per shift. Perform surgeries and assist during clinic with APP on-call support. Qualifications & Skills: ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications are required. Experience in joint revision or repair is advantageous. Key Duties: Manage clinical cases, perform surgical procedures, and collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive orthopedic care. Additional Information: Compensation ranges from $200 to $240 per hour, inclusive of base pay and potential earnings. The role includes handling credentialing and privileging processes, with online access to assignment details and time entry.
