About the Role

Provides specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting, managing critically ill newborns with responsibilities including ventilation management, intubation, and insertion of central and arterial lines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care during scheduled hours and on-call coverage with a 15-minute response time
• Manage approximately 10 patients per shift in a high-acuity environment
• Perform procedures such as ventilation, intubation, and line insertions
• Provide care for critically ill neonates, ensuring safety and treatment adherence
• Complete online documentation and adhere to high standards of neonatal intensive care

Requirements

• Experience in a Level III NICU setting required
• Proficiency in ventilation, intubation, and line placement
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent situations
