- Handle scheduled clinical hours
- Provide call coverage with a 15-minute response time
- Manage approximately 10 patients per shift
Requirements
- NICU Level III experience
- Proficiency in ventilation management, intubation, and line insertions
Skills
- Ability to respond quickly during beeper call
- Handle complex neonatal cases
- Work effectively in a critical care setting
