Locum Tenens Hematologist/Oncologist

About the role

Seeking a physician for outpatient oncology coverage in a busy center. The position is ideal for healthcare professionals seeking a flexible locum tenens opportunity, with 5 shifts per week and 8 to 10-hour shifts based on patient volume. You will see 12-15 patients daily.

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient care for oncology patients
• Handle light beeper call (phone-only) with 2-5 calls weekly
• Provide phone consults
• Patient management and documentation
• Collaborate with a team of 3 permanent providers
