Locum Tenens Hematologist/Oncologist

About the role

Hematologist specializing in malignant hematology with preferred BMT experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient and inpatient hematology cases, including chronic leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and acute leukemia.
• See 10-15 patients daily in clinic and handle approximately 4 inpatient cases per day.
• Provide weekday call coverage, taking own call at night, with no weekend duties.
• Maintain hospital privileges and ensure compliance with facility requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in malignant hematology required; benign hematology experience a plus.
• Preferred BMT background.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex hematologic cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule

• Work a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
