About the role
Seeking a Family Medicine physician for outpatient care in Ironwood, MI. The provider will handle well woman care, blood pressure checks, sutures, and general outpatient duties, typically seeing 12-25 patients per shift. Preferred coverage period of 4-6 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care services in a hospital setting.
- Manage patient visits efficiently, maintaining quality care standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Licensed or awaiting licensure.
- Possess a DEA license.
Skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically Epic.
- Strong clinical skills in primary care, including well woman care, blood pressure management, and suturing.
Schedule
Clinic days from 8 AM to 5 PM with flexible start and end times; no weekend or night shifts and no call responsibilities.
