About the role
Seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum assignments in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Managing approximately 1.7+ patients per hour during 10- or 12-hour shifts.
- Providing emergency care in a busy hospital environment with a daily team of 5 physicians and 2-4 advanced practice providers.
- Utilizing Cerner (Oracle) EMR system for documentation.
- Handling an annual patient volume of 50,000-55,000 with double coverage.
Qualifications
- Experience in emergency medicine and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
