Responsibilities

• Delivering babies in the ED.
• Managing a patient volume of approximately 7,000–8,000 annually.
• Maintaining a patient per hour rate of 0.75–1.
• Providing emergency care in a hospital setting.
• Adhering to certification standards.
• Maintaining patient safety.

Qualifications

• Board certification.
• ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
• Comfort with obstetric emergencies.
