Role Overview
A cardiothoracic radiologist is needed for an inpatient, day-shift position providing on-site imaging interpretation services.
Key Duties
- Provide inpatient imaging interpretation Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Interpret a high volume of diverse cardiothoracic studies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary academic team.
Responsibilities
- Interpret approximately 50 studies daily, including Chest PF, Chest CT, Cardiac CT/CTA, Cardiac MRI, and other CT/MR modalities, with no procedures required.
- Collaborate with a clinical team comprising fellows and residents on cardiac rotation.
- Ensure accurate and timely image analysis in a structured academic environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board certification in Cardiothoracic Radiology is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Chest and Cardiac imaging modalities is essential.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced inpatient setting.
