Locum Tenens Cardiothoracic Radiologist

Role Overview Seeking a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Radiologist to provide inpatient imaging interpretation services at an academic medical center. The role involves on-site work, interpreting approximately 50 studies daily across modalities such as Chest CT, Chest PF, Cardiac CT/CTA, Cardiac MRI, CT, and MR. No procedures are required, and the position supports a team including 2 fellows and residents on cardiac rotation. Key Responsibilities Interpret inpatient imaging studies Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMManage a diverse case load with a focus on cardiothoracic imagingCollaborate within an academic environment supporting education and clinical excellenceProvide expert interpretation without performing proceduresWork on-site at a facility located in the Bronx, NY Qualifications & Skills Board certification in Cardiothoracic RadiologyExperience interpreting Chest CT, Chest PF, Cardiac CT/CTA, Cardiac MRI, CT, and MR studiesAbility to handle a high-volume caseload efficientlyStrong communication and collaboration skills within an academic team Our service offers comprehensive support, including credentialing and assignment management, to ensure a seamless experience for clinicians.
