Locum | Physician Radiology

About the role

This position requires a radiologist with experience in breast ultrasound (US), mammography, and breast MRI. The ideal candidate will be available for 8-9 month commitments, working a one-week per month schedule with potential for more.

Responsibilities

• Performing breast ultrasound 12 times per day
• Performing mammography 50 times per day
• Prioritizing Monday and Friday coverage with flexibility
• Preferred Monday and Friday coverage with flexibility
• No call or overtime required
• No procedures performed

Requirements

The successful candidate must have a current medical license and be board certified in radiology. Experience in breast ultrasound, mammography, and breast MRI is preferred.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills are essential. The ability to build relationships with facilities and staff is also important.

The schedule is 7:30am – 5:30pm, 4x10s Mon-Fri, no weekends.
