About the role
A 12-patient per day schedule in a hospital setting focusing on general physiatry for adults only.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and other conditions
- Prescribe physical therapy treatments and medications
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide patient education and counseling
Requirements
- Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic techniques
