About the role

Medical Director role with clinical authority and organizational leadership
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no call
Outpatient, well-established private practice environment
Supervise and mentor a team of physician assistants across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Board-certified in PM&R required; board-eligible or board-certified in Pain Medicine preferred
• Manage a team of physician assistants
• Supervise and mentor a team of physician assistants across multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Board-certified in PM&R required; board-eligible or board-certified in Pain Medicine preferred
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of South Carolina
• Completion of a residency program in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Knowledge of pain management techniques and procedures
