24-hour shifts 7am – 7pm
2 weeks per month with 3 shifts per week
6 – 9 month assignment duration
Responsibilities
- Vaginal deliveries, c-sections, gyn surgeries
- Auxiliary care for Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Family Practice Ob/Gyns (FPOBs) during labor and delivery (L&D)
- Level 1 nursery coverage
- ER gyn consults and patient triage following a registered nurse’s (RN) report
- Use of a private call room on site for OB providers
Requirements
- Current medical license in Washington State
- Experience with vaginal deliveries, c-sections, and gyn surgeries
- Knowledge of Level 1 nursery procedures
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts
- Experience with ER gyn consults and patient triage
Qualifications
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
