Locum | Physician Obstetrics and Gynecology

About the role

Outpatient and inpatient practice setting with an average of 700 deliveries per year. Call coverage includes beeper with 30-minute response time and a 1:3 call ratio.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20–25 clinic patients per shift and 1–6 inpatients
• Handle complicated deliveries including vaginal, low forceps, c-section, breech, and abruptions
• Perform surgical gynecology including open procedures and laparoscopic diagnostic/minor surgeries
• Provide office gynecology services such as IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP

Requirements

• NRP and ACLS certifications required
