Locum | Physician Neurology

About the role

A Neurologist is needed for locums help in New Jersey. The position involves 2 weeks of monthly coverage split between two locations, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 12 pm inpatient and 1 pm – 5 pm outpatient clinic. The workload includes 15 patients per week in the hospital with a low census, and 60 – 80 EEG reads per week, with EEG reads being a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient neurological care
• Treat 15 patients per week in the hospital

• Require hospital privileges

• Hospital privileges required

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current NJ medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology
