About the role
Facility in Minnesota needs a locums Interventional Cardiologist.
Responsibilities
- 7am–5pm schedule, seeking 1-2 weeks per month coverage
- Weekend call 1:4, night call 5pm–7am
- 1000 procedures annually, 300 coronary procedures per year
- At least 2 catheterizations per day in cath lab
- Rounding days 10–20 patients with APP support
- Clinic days 12–14 patients per day
- Requires PTCA, stents, diagnostic and interventional caths
- TEE, cardioversion, echo, EKG, stress test skills needed
