Weekend coverage

- Saturday – Sunday, possibly Friday – Sunday
- Shifts: 7 am – 3 pm or 8 am – 4 pm, with flexibility to 10 hours
- At least 1 weekend per month typically

Rounding

• 12 – 18 patients
• Average 4 – 6 admits per day

Skills

• NP handles most admits
• Chest tube and intubation skills preferred, not required
