Schedule

• 4 days/week
• 8 am - 5 pm, with some 7 am - 4 pm and 9 am - 6 pm shifts

Responsibilities

• 18 - 20 patients per day
• Women's health services including IUD and Nexplanon insertion
• Chronic health management: diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Support for addiction treatment (MAT waiver helpful)

Setting

• Rural FQHC setting
• EMR: OCHIN or EPI

Requirements

• Women's health experience required
• Long-term commitment preferred — 5 to 6 months minimum
