Locum | Physician Emergency Medicine

About the role

Emergency Medicine positions are available with 15 - 18 shifts per month, including 12 or 24 hour shift options. The facility handles an average of 7,500 annual patients and offers APP support from 8 am - 5 pm. It is a non-designated trauma level facility.

Responsibilities

• Triage and treat patients in emergency situations
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Document patient encounters and treatments

Requirements

• Current medical license in good standing
• At least three years of Emergency Medicine experience
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Knowledge of emergency medicine protocols

Pay
