About the role

8-12 shifts per month with 9 and 12-hour shift options
77 patients per day average ED volume
APP support with 1-2 daily
EMR: EPIC
Double physician coverage except 2 am – 8 am
General emergency department cases
Annual volume 28,000 patients

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with patients
• Manage patient flow in the emergency department
• Utilize EMR system EPIC
• Provide coverage during double shifts
• Treatment of general emergency department cases

Requirements

• Current medical license in good standing
• At least 3 years of emergency medicine experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
