About the role

An emergency medicine physician is needed to provide care in an urgent care setting. The position requires a minimum 6-month commitment and 7-14 shifts per month with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in an urgent care setting
• Perform diagnostic tests and treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity
• Maintain hospital privileges and relevant certifications (A.L.C.S., P.A.L.S., B.L.S.)

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of emergency medicine experience
• Hospital privileges and relevant certifications (A.L.C.S., P.A.L.S., B.L.S.)

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in emergency medicine
• Current DEA license
