Schedule

• 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
• 5 days per week
• Call expectation: hospital

Responsibilities

• Office visits and follow-up visits
• Procedures including spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections
• Volume: 15 patients per day

Requirements

• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Fellowship or equivalent certification
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Support Staff

• 4 RNs
• 2 office staff
