About the role
Practice Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas (Northwest Arkansas NWA)
Assignment Dates: October-December 2026 with option to extend
Schedule: Flexible schedule (between 2 to 5 days per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Complete Practice Support: Fully staffed including RNs, RDAs, operations support and dedicated business support center team; fully equipped including CBCT.

Requirements
- Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program
- DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
- Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain
- Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain
