Locum Nurse Practitioner - Emergency Medicine

Role & Responsibilities

Provide clinical care in emergency medicine settings, respond to codes, and support a team of physicians and staff.

Shift & Schedule

3 days of 12-hour shifts, with coverage needed for various dates, including day and night shifts. Patient volume approximately 20, with a team of 6 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers.

• 21 beds (including L&D, nursery, and acute care)
• 3 ORs
• On-site lab
• Epic EMR
• Support for specialties like surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, telestroke, anesthesiology, and radiology

Qualifications & Skills

• Active NC license
• Board certification
• DEA
• BLS
• ACLS
• ATLS
• PALS certifications required
