Locum Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Seeking a Locum Non-Invasive Cardiologist for inpatient and call coverage in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic services averaging 20 patients daily
• Perform procedures including echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, EKGs, and treadmill stress tests
• Participate in weekend call rotations (2+ weekends/month, non-consecutive)

Practice Setting

• Cross-credentialed between two nearby sites
• No inpatient admissions expected
• Facilities: Trauma Level 2, with 400 and 200 beds at the respective sites, including 23 ICU beds

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
• Weekend call duties

Team

• Part of a group of 24 cardiologists
• No supervision required

Requirements

• Board Certified in cardiology
• Fellowship training
• BLS & ACLS (AHA)
• New Jersey medical license

System & Certification

• EMR systems: Oracle/Cerner
