About the role
We are seeking a Locum Diagnostic and Light Interventional Radiologist to work onsite near Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Perform imaging procedures across modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy.
- Conduct light interventional radiology procedures including:
- Biopsies (e.g., thyroid, lung, liver)
- Drainages (e.g., paracentesis, thoracentesis)
- Lumbar punctures
- Myelograms
- Epidurals
- Arthrograms
- Manage a daily volume of 90-100 cases with wRVUs of 60-70.
- Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements.
Requirements
- Board certification in Radiology.
- Active Pennsylvania medical license with DEA.
- Experience in both diagnostic imaging and interventional procedures.
- Proven ability to perform biopsies, drainages, lumbar punctures, and arthrograms.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay
Competitive hourly pay, including malpractice insurance with tail coverage and a referral bonus.
Work Environment
Onsite at a hospital and imaging center.
