About the role
This role involves providing anesthesia services as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in an inpatient setting. You will administer anesthesia during day shifts across a variety of surgical specialties, including urology, orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, ENT, pediatrics, vascular, and endoscopy.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain and verify patient consent.
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients.
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
- Monitor patients' physiological conditions throughout procedures and perform clinical interventions as needed.
- Work under physician supervision in a hospital with established perioperative protocols.
Requirements
- Board certification in anesthesia.
