Role Overview: This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) providing anesthesia services in a busy hospital's operating room setting. Responsibilities: Deliver anesthesia care under physician supervision during day shifts, covering diverse surgical cases such as endoscopy, plastics, blocks, general outpatient procedures, and ophthalmology.Key Duties: Manage a variable caseload for patients of all ages, ensuring quality patient care with 100% hands-on involvement. No call coverage required.Qualifications & Skills: Board certification and prescriptive authority are mandatory; credentialing is estimated at 90 days.Work Environment: On-site, supervised anesthesia practice within an organized operating room program, utilizing a physician supervision model. Additional Details: The role involves day shifts with 8- or 10-hour options, serving a diverse patient population. The staffing model is CRNA-only, with no government affiliation or call duties.
