About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a community hospital with an autonomous practice model.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical specialties including general, orthopedic, urology, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, pain management, and endoscopy cases.
- Perform regional anesthesia techniques such as spinals, epidurals, and blocks.
- Follow organized perioperative workflows to ensure quality patient care.
- Work with a small, collaborative anesthesia team across three operating rooms.
Work Environment
- Day shifts with call responsibilities every third weeknight and every fourth weekend, covering evenings and overnight hours.
- Caseload varies, primarily adult patients.
- No prescriptive authority required.
- Operate within an all-CRNA staffing model with autonomous supervision.
Qualifications
- Board certification is required.
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques.
- Ability to work independently within a small team in a community hospital setting.
