About the role
Locum tenens position providing on-call coverage in a hospital setting from Sunday 7 pm to Sunday 7 pm, typically lasting 1-2 weeks per month. Procedures are conducted Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, with approximately 10 OB patients monthly.
Responsibilities
- Perform general surgery, C-sections, minor orthopedic procedures, and ER sedation cases
- Administer epidurals for OB coverage
- Provide on-call support
- Manage patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
Requirements
- Board certification
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications (mandatory)
