Locum Cardiothoracic Surgeon

This role is for a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon providing coverage at a Level III facility. Responsibilities include: delivering surgical care in inpatient, outpatient, clinic, and OR settings, with scheduled clinic hours and 24-hour call coverage for emergent cases.Key duties: performing cardiothoracic surgeries, maintaining availability during call periods, and supporting continuity of care within established clinical workflows. Qualifications And Skills Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is mandatory.Prescriptive authority required.Experience managing a variable case load across all ages in a hospital setting. Additional details: the role involves responding to surgical cases during call, with support staff to be determined.
