Locum Cardiologist

About the Role

Cardiology Physician providing inpatient and outpatient care in a diverse clinical setting. Support includes a mid-level provider, and duties include inpatient coverage, outpatient care, and emergency call.

Responsibilities

• Manage 12-15 patients daily
• Perform procedures such as Echo, stress tests, and EKGs
• TEE and nuclear skills are advantageous
• Provide comprehensive cardiology services in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with support staff and mid-level providers
• Maintain documentation via an online portal, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with protocols

Requirements & Qualifications

• General inpatient cardiology expertise
• Proficiency in Echo, stress testing, and EKGs
• TEE and nuclear skills are a plus
• Strong clinical skills and adaptability
• Ability to work independently
• Must meet licensure and skill requirements for the role

Pay

Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $250.00 to $350.00, including base pay and potential extras like overtime and call pay.
