About the role
We are seeking a critical care physician for a CVICU role with a focus on cardiac surgery and patient management.
Responsibilities
- Perform 3-4 cardiac surgeries daily
- Manage emergent cases, ECMO, and VAD patients
- Conduct CVICU procedures such as bronchoscopy and device management
- Provide high-level patient care and handle complex procedures
- Collaborate with a healthcare team
Requirements
- TEE and ACLS certifications
- Experience in ECMO and VAD management (essential)
- Strong clinical skills
Schedule
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM every other week, with pager duties.
