Locum Breast Surgeon

About the role

This outpatient breast surgeon position provides locum tenens coverage at a clinic on a day shift schedule, 2-3 days per week. The surgeon will perform in-office procedures such as core biopsies and aspirations, with potential additional services at an affiliated Surgery Center.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient breast procedures and assessments
• Provide clinical coverage at the outpatient clinic
• Support potential services at the Surgery Center, pending verification

Requirements

• Board certification in surgery
• Fellowship training (verification pending)
• Ability to perform core biopsies and aspirations

Schedule

2-3 days per week, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

No call responsibilities required. Credentialing process approximately 30 days.
