Locum Anesthesiologist

We are seeking a certified MD anesthesiologist for a locum position in a rural critical access hospital. Key Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive anesthesia services during day shifts, managing inpatient cases, epidurals, and general anesthesia for patients of all ages.Handling an approximate patient volume of 10-15 cases per day.Supervising CRNA staff with credentialing requiring 60 days.Performing duties with a focus on patient safety, quality care, and adherence to protocols.Possibly providing OB anesthesia and managing diverse surgical specialties. Qualifications And Skills Include Board certification in anesthesiology.Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.Prescriptive authority.Experience with epidurals and general anesthesia.Ability to supervise CRNA staff. Additional Details Work on-site in a rural setting.Call is negotiable.Part of an established anesthesia team using modern protocols.
