Locum Anesthesiologist
About the role
This role is for an experienced MD with board certification to provide comprehensive anesthesia services in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include managing a diverse case mix such as general, cardiac, dermatology, ENT, GI, GYN, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry, pulmonary, thoracic, radiology, urology, vascular, and obstetrics cases, including high-volume deliveries and complex cardiac procedures like CABG and valve surgeries.
The clinician will offer anesthesia for on-site surgeries, with support from a team of physicians and CRNAs, and will provide beeper call coverage as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications include board certification and the ability to supervise or provide medical direction.
