Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia management for adult cardiac procedures
- Supervise CRNA staff under a medical direction model
- Provide day shift coverage with variable hours
- Participate in weeknight and weekend call coverage
- Ensure high-quality patient care in a trauma setting
Requirements
- Board certification is negotiable
- Experience in cardiac anesthesia
- Ability to supervise support staff
- Comprehensive anesthesia management experience
Additional Details
Support includes generalist anesthesiologists and CRNA staff, with all work conducted on-site. The caseload is to be determined, and the model emphasizes supervision rather than hands-on procedures.
